Great iPad pen

Robin September 21, 2023

This works well with the iPad I bought from Walmart. The charge is long lasting. Arrived on time.

Nice Stylus and great customer supports

chin December 16, 2021

This is nice stylus. I used it mostly for iPad and Surface. Initially I had problem with the original stylus where it can't be detected by iPad. Contacted JAMJAKE for supports and immediately I was able to communicate directly with their support team. After several debugging, it was determined a defected stylus. I was able to receive replacement within a week and everything is working well afterward. I do suggest a minor area for improvement: the power on bottom is too sensitive which should be addressed in the future. Overall nice product and great customer support. I paid $36.99 over it and now it is listed at $30.99 (great value if you are in market for one).

Works beautifully at a beautiful price!

Lisa December 12, 2021

I wanted to start using a journal on my iPad and needed the pen to do so, the way I wanted. I ordered this pen, as it said it was compatible with my iPad. When I received it, I let the pen completely die, then charged it fully. The pen works by touching the top of the pen then using it on the iPad. You don't need to upload an app or sync it to Bluetooth. The pen turns off after a short while (not while it is in use) which helps with its battery life. The pen is accurate and has two pen heads, for a wide or narrow line. Nice pen for the price. It would make a good graduation gift.

Durable pen with fantastic battery life and precis

Anonymous December 13, 2021

I use this for school and it works amazing. Here are a few things I noticed: Pros: - This pen writes with perfect accuracy - I love the extra pen tips it comes with. After using it for almost a year, I still have not had to change it - I bought this on Amazon Warehouse which gave me an amazing deal for a near-new pen - I have never had this pen die on me, it can go weeks without charging. The battery life is fantastic - So affordable. I can't believe people pay for an Apple Pencil when this stylus is the same thing! - I finish my assignments so much quicker since I prefer drawing over typing - I use OneNote and I can choose to turn off “draw with touch” which means only the pen can draw so it does not pick up my palm and I can easily rest it on my iPad Cons: - None so far! I would recommend this pen to anyone looking for a precise stylus. I use it so often and I could never get this accuracy with non-bluetooth styluses.

For this non-artist who wants to take notes

Anonymous December 16, 2021

I use it to take notes during meetings-- hours each day-- and without the obtrusiveness of typing on a keyboard. It feels more polite. I have a 6th generation iPad, and this works great. I used an Apple pencil for a year-- I broke two of them (in addition to nibs that I'd replace), I'm hard on my equipment! That was pricey, so I bought this, and was doubtful it would work. I actually prefer not having the pressure sensitivity/line width feature, perhaps because my handwriting not so great. I'm used to a ball point pen or other writing tools that are single width, so this doesn't bother me at all (and it's adjustable as a setting in the app I use). It's also nice not to have to worry about Bluetooth, or to reestablish connection with Bluetooth. So... it's cheaper, and functionality feels even better for this non-artist scribbler.

Give it a try

john December 13, 2021

This is me second stylus (previously had Microsoft Surface Pen) and while this doesn't have all the same features it functions very well considering the price. First, the connection was so simple I don't even know what I did or if I did anything but make sure Bluetooth was on. It feels like you are writing with a pen. There's no pressure sensitivity feature but that's okay because that's not a big part of what I use it for. I like that it comes with a cap to protect your nib and there's spare dibs inside the box. The other cool feature is the easy access to charge the device. I think it's cool that the latest Apple pencil will you allow you to charge by laying the pen against the device, but when you think about it that's a little more troublesome if you have a case. That's not the issue here. It's a straightfoward connection to using a USB port. Charging time is quick and while I have not had mine for too long the charge seem to hold pretty well. I'm happy with my purchase.

Decent pen, works great despite the occasional hic

Anonymous December 12, 2021

This pen works super well! Love it for taking notes, and it's decent for my only issue so far is that sometimes, the pen line skips, since the palm rejection does not always work. My pen is magnetic, which is AWESOME! I did get the pen in a white box with generic info, not the Jamjake black box. I have a thick silicone casr on my ipad, so it can't currently stick to the ipad itself until i put a metal strip to stick it to, but it's great to be able to attach it to my whiteboard, bedframe, i have metal furniture all over the place so i've plenty of places to set it while working around the house, and I do not have to worry about it rolling away or getting lost under paperwork. All in all... works pretty dang nice despite my one issue! The line skipping is incredibly annoying; I have to remember to hold my hand a certain way (and even then, sometimes it just skips or doesn't activate because ??reasons?? Until I've poked it a few times then it's back up and running.) This happens at least a few times every day I have used it, yet fortunately not so often that it would ruin the experience for me. However - If you want this for professional level drawing or something, maybe consider a higher quality stylus or a real drawing tablet, especially as it has no pressure sensitivity for varied line thickness.

Fantastic Stylus

Rafael December 13, 2021

I got this stylus mainly to use for notations in my school texts and it works beautifully for that. I'm able to make small notes that fit nicely in the margins and are legible (and they certainly weren't when I had tried using my fingers before that!). Since I now have the power of technological accuracy on a touch screen, I downloaded the free Adobe Draw app and have been producing sketches and illustrations without worrying that I won't be able to be precise. All in all it's been a great investment for me and even though I've only had it a few months, I've already worn through one of the tips it came with (luckily there's another before I'll need to buy more). The only drawback I've found is that the power button being touch sensitive, and located at the end of the stylus, will occasionally bump my arm (or chest or face, depending how badly I'm slouching or bent over my work) and turn off in the middle of working. It also makes it difficult to slide into the pen loop on my ipad case without turning it on (or bumping it when I'm not using it and having it turn on without my notice). I've taken to using the silicone cap that it came with to solve this problem for me, though I wish it came with a separate cap for the end so that I could use the cap as intended for the tip instead.

I can't believe how affordable it is!

Anonymous December 12, 2021

This pen is so easy to use. It is very accurate. You truly feel like you are using a regular pencil, or pen etc. I have not experienced any lagging. I use the pen to color and shade. It feels so sturdy, I can't believe how affordable it is compared to the Apple pen. I feel so lucky to have bought this. Amazing quality, I highly recommend.

Started Off Great, Turned Bad

Peter August 30, 2022

I wish I could say this pen was amazing and that I loved it but I just can't. Don't get me wrong, at first it worked beautifully, that's why I'm giving 2 starts not just 1. I made so much digital art and it was easy and amazing. Unfortunately, after a couple months, that's when I started getting issues out of it. Sometimes it would randomly stop working or turn off even at a full charge. One time it quit working entirely and I took it apart and put it back together and for some reason that fixed it? But soon enough it stopped working again. It kept turning off and just not working even if I charged it. The very last time it stopped working I tried to fix it but to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed, I was so excited to do digital art and this pen was fantastic at first but then it disappointed me heavily. I will not be buying a new one, I'm going to try a different brand, I just can't drop $100 on the apple brand pencil or I would.
