iLive 2.2 40-inch HD Bluetooth Soundbar, ITB490B

We have had the sound bar for a little over a month and it is doing great so far. We use it in a TV room, and I am pleased with the sound quality given the price range and specs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar is cool. Has Bluetooth mode so I cam hook it to my phone and listen to my Amazon music or to my TV. There is a cord that comes with it for TV which is optical it was kind of confusing but I managed to figure it out and got my TV to work thru the optical output. You have to buy the extra cords to play your Xbox audio. Other that that it's loud and nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a sound system almost for forever, but, it kind of went wrong after about a year or so and it has just been taking up space; we started using it for a few of my tchotchkes. When this sound bar came in, I fell in love immediately. It was so easy to set up, it was so easy to use, and it fits so much better with my television set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good sound bar for a reasonable price. It comes with a small remote, mounting hardware, ac adapter and a optical audio cable. Unfortunately my few years old TV doesn't have a optical port so that cable was of no use to me, I had to buy the standard red/white audio cable to use it. It has a slim profile but it is long at 40", it doesn't feel super high quality but the look of it blends in well with most setups. The sound itself is loud and somewhat surround sounding but this isn't going to replace a nice full home theater set up. It's great for a TV in a bedroom that doesn't have a very good built in speaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wasn't the best sound bar out there. Could be better, and the packaging was flimsy. Not sure I would recommend it to anyone, but I mean, it makes things louder, so that's better than nothing, I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar was so easy to set up and it's a game-changer. I don't know how we watched movies without it before. We used it for our movie room and it's almost as good as surround sound. Love that it's Bluetooth, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound bar is very easy to connect to Bluetooth and for its price point it produces exceptional sound. The level of sound produced can very easily fill a normal size room and when watching movies helps to generate a more dynamic experience. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the sound bar and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this but the optical cord doesn't want to stay hooked in the speaker, so I had to figure out how to connect it through my dish network. Now I'm getting feedback from my TV and the speaker. Wish it was easier to hookup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bluetooth surround bar has my house sounding like a movie theatre, and the design fits perfectly behind my TV. Set-up was easy with the included instructions and remote. The speaker also has sound alerts to indicate set-up and power modes, which makes it easy to know which mode I'm in for pairing or turning it off/on. The remote allows for easy operation for adjusting the volume and other functions. This surround bar is a much needed addition to my music experience, and I won't go back being without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the performance of this sound bar. When I switch it on it's an immediate impressive sound. It just gives your living room a theater like sound. Awesome bass, awesome treble. The reason I'm giving four stars is because the remote has a mind of its own. I'll press one button and it will do something totally different. It's frustrating but I deal with it.
