I can't hear a thing, even if im not playing music, every sound is lowered. When playing a video or on a call, the quality is clear and really good! Would recommend!

My son purchased these headphones so I can listen to my television without the worry of it being loud. As a senior, living in a small senior community, many residents go to sleep early. As I have aged, I find that I tend to have the volume on my television louder than years gone by. The headset are comfortable around the ears without discomfort. They are easy to operate at the touch of my fingertips, with the sound being very clear.

After me having these for around 3 months, the noise cancellation is terrible. It sounds the same as when I don't have ANC on at all. Extremely disappointed because noise cancellation is one of the main things I'm looking for in a pair of new headphones.

I LOVED these headphones!! The sound was great, the fit was great, just all around a good noise canceling headphones for the price. Bought in Nov '22 it is April '23 as I write this. Just two days ago the headphones stopped charging. Left on charger for at least 9 hours first time, charge was still only at 30% when I went to use them yesterday. Plugged them into a different power source with a different cord in a different outlet. Took off charger about 30 minutes ago, so roughly 24 hrs on the charger and charge still only showed at 20%. I bought a protection plan with these in Nov, filed claim, they told me they were still under manufacture warranty and to call them. Called iLive and they informed me that this model only has a 90-day warranty. Protection plan is refunding me for the headphone though, so thank you Allstate! 😉🙏🏼 Just sucks because I'm out a pair of headphones now, LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used the headphones for 3 or 4 times and really liked them when cutting grass and using chainsaw. But I broke them when a twig from a tree just above head level pulled them off my head separating the connection at the band and ear piece. Up to that point, I was really loving them

The mic doesn’t work. I can hear my team when they talk but no one can hear me when I talk. The mic feature worked for the first week or so of work and then just stopped. Also the covers on the ear pieces do not stay on. I’m so disappointed in this purchase

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. They only charged and worked for him once. what a waist of money!
