[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know the title seems far out there , but let me stop you right here and explain myself ! So I have to block out all sound around when I'm outside traveling in any direction ! So earplugs, headphones etc .... Are vital for me , I've went through at least 15 pairs in the past two years or so ! But I stand here today in my truth when I say I love these headphones in every way possible ! They aren't all hot on my head and ears (menopause) ..... The sound is perfection and the way it blocks out all sound around me, making it easy for me to go out in public is priceless. Also they fold up and everything , making it easy to store them in your bag etc ... Thank you guys I mean really , I'm officially a permanent buyer of this brand !!! If you don't have a pair of these yet , please please treat yourself to an amazing pair of headphones ! You guys have really outdone yourselves !

I am old school so it had too take a few times to figure it. but I got fustrated and wind up calling customer service. They help me figure it out. What I was doing wrong is I had my phone, and headphones to close to each other. Thats why is wasnt paring lol duah

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these headphones and the sound is ok for a cheaper set of headphones. It did connect easily via bluetooth. The big problem is they can't be adjusted to fit your ears. The muffs stick out away from the ears and it makes them quite uncomfortable.

I've seen 6 or so reviews commenting on the same thing. However, what I can't figure out is why most of the others don't have the same problem. These do not adjust in any way, thus, the top of the earpiece hits top of ear, but the bottom is completely off ears. Not only is this not comfortable, but also completely eliminates any ability for noise reduction. There is literally .5 inches of air between the lower part of the cushion and the lower part of the ear. I've tried it on myself (adult male) as well as my 10 and 13 year old children. We all had same problem. Unfortunately, it may have been a great headset, but if it can't fit on most heads, it can't be used.
