I absolutely love this product and the sound is very crisp and clear! It was definitely a great purchase, I do not regret it at all. It is very easy to use and the instructions are very easy to understand, and it will let you know when you need to charge it. I especially love that it charges really fast and has a microphone too. It is efficient and completely comfortable, the earbuds do not hurt my ears and does not fall out easily which is a great thing if you are exercising. I also really enjoy how useful and flexible the neckband is, I recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a wireless headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second of these I've bought. The first one I bought about 4 months ago. It worked well. The audio is not great but certainly good enough for the price (I bought it because it was cheap and didn't want to risk expensive headsets/earbuds at work where I usually use it). However it hadn't been charging properly for the last few days - plugged in and indicating it was charging or charged but not actually being charged. I think it might be due to a damaged charging cord, though I wasn't rough on it. I liked it well enough to buy a new one however. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

They are really loud, but they have bad noise cancelation. There is an echo that you can hear when you're listening to music or videos. Overall, they are good. Btw I'm not a bot.

You know that guy on the corner of your street? The one with the tin can car, with the speakers so bass-boosted it rattles your windows and you kind of wish he'd just hit a telephone pole? That's exactly what these sound like, just directly in your ear. All bass, no definition. It sounds like your music is coming from the bottom of a well, but also you're getting lightly punched in the head every second.
