This product is great , i bought it for my teenage son, he loves it. He says it looks and works just like the brand name expensive ones. I highly recommend this item.

Not over excited about this product. It has a lot of static when I am trying to listen to someone on my phone. I am considering taking the 2 I purchased back

I have been using these for the past 2 days and they worked perfect. Last night I charged them and woke hoping to play some of my games then I pressed the switch to turn it on and it wouldn't turn blue or anything, yet when I plug it in to charge the red light still turns on like nothing ever happened.

I received my product on time, I fully charged it. Once I synced the product to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) I started my testing phase of the product. I turned on some music and immediately found that the product was defective. I tapped onto the earbuds and it gave me a delayed sound and skipped around on the track play. I turned the product off, placed it back in its packaging and returned it to Walmart for a refund. I'm going to be shopping for another type of earbuds. This is proof of "you get what you pay for".

didn't work when they arrived. Was a challenge to get it to connect to the charger. Left it charging for hours, but it never showed a full charge and I was never able to get them to turn on.

Never could get them to charge to power up and use them... A waste of money, stay away from this product...

2nd pair as the first didnt work either. You literally can not have your phone more than 2ft away from these. I run with my phone on my arm and even that cuts out the signal. Their customer service doesnt speak English so don't expect help. Went to fye ad bought a cheap 15.00 pair different brand and worked better. iLive uses the cheapest parts available. Do not buy. Consumer beware. Moral is hang onto your receipt of you buy these, you'll need it.

We bought two. One is working okay and the other stopped charging. The manufacturer is quick to suggest we contact them, but if you don' do it within 90 days don't bother. They do not stand behind their product. Before the one that stopped working stopped, the speaker did not pick up my voice well.

Got it and try to charge it didn't work. When u are thinking of ordering it . Do not buy its junk . I will not even think about sending back trash gos out . so did it
