[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charging process was self explanatory. The headphones fit perfect around and in my ears. The connection to my iPhone 12 Bluetooth was very simple. The sound was perfect and then it got even louder when I didn't even expect.

Pros are it is easy to set up and works great for listening to music. The con is it is not good for phone calls- which is why I like using head phones with my phone. The callers on the other end had a hard time hearing me and said all they could hear was the background noise. In conclusion, the heads phones are great if you don't plan on using for phone calls.

I do not have a lot of experience with ear buds with the exception of Apple air buds. Unfortunately I did not like this product. The sound quality was poor and I felt that the controls were not very easy to use...

I bought this product YESTERDAY before I read any reviews! HUGE MISTAKE!!! I fully charged it overnight. I've tried ALL the troubleshooting protocols for my iPhone Bluetooth feature; phone discovers other Blue tooth devices, not the earbuds. Device not found by any of my other Bluetooth-enabled devices!

I bought this product sometime in the last 6 months (not sure the date). I used it for a couple few weeks and then had not for a while. when trying to use it again - it won't power on. Plug into charger - red light, after a couple hours - light turns blue, unplug from charger - will not power on, plus back into charger - red light again. Contacted support - If over 90 days from purchase - nothing can be done. Don't waste your money on something that if it only lasts 3 months - that's all you get and no other option but to buy something else.
