I bought 3 of these for the kiddos and it's been a year! We don't use the batteries unless on a trip but use the wall plug. The kids love it!! They have fun and the microphone is so loud so be warned but they definitely do have fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For an electric keyboard it works so well. It's very lightweight. My child has knocked it over multiple times and it hasn't hurt it at all. The sound quality is pretty good for the price. I like the USB port so you can transfer your stuff. I definitely recommend this! I did write on the keys what letter they were. I'm still a beginner.

It's not as easy to take everywhere but if you are driving you should have no problem. It comes with alotttt of different features I can't wait to try out and it was really affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the iLive Portable Keyboard with Microphone for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with its value and functionality, especially for beginners. The keyboard has 54 keys, which are enough for me to practice basic songs and learn chords. The 100 different instrument sounds and rhythms are fun to experiment with, adding a lot of variety to my practice sessions. The included microphone is a nice touch, though it's pretty basic—it's great for casual singing along but isn't studio-quality. One feature I appreciate is the teaching mode, which has been useful as I get the hang of playing. The recording and playback functions are also handy for tracking my progress and trying out my own little compositions. While the sound quality is decent for its price, it's not the richest sound you'll get from a keyboard, and I wouldn't expect it to fill a large room. The portability is a big plus for me, though, as it's light enough to carry and can run on batteries if I want to play somewhere without power. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars for offering a solid range of features at an affordable price. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a portable keyboard to jam on casually!
