illy Whole Bean Coffee, Classico Medium Roast, 100% Arabica, 8.8 oz

Every morning I make 2 cappuccinos and use the Illy coffee. It is better than any coffee on the market. The depth of flavor is amazing and with my frothed milk, I do not even need sugar. It is so nice just having the coffee delivered to my home and the coupons are a nice bonus.

I have been very pleased with iIly coffee. I love the whole been Medium roast in my Jura machine. The coffee is delicious and mild. No bitter taste. Ordering is easy and the delivery is speedy. I use illy coffee exclusively.

I use this coffee mostly for iced coffee with a scoop of ice cream, and it works perfectly. Smooth, slightly nutty flavor with low acidity, which makes it very easy to drink. It blends really well with the sweetness of ice cream without getting lost-no bitterness, very balanced.

This is the classic espresso, full body, perfectly balanced bittersweet flavor, make your day aroma. The beans are perfectly roasted and hold their flavor and aroma beautifully. Almost all the other brands cannot get right the combination bitter/sweet and perfect body. It is the only brand for my extended family and friends.

The coffee is one of the mildest that I've tasted. The flavor is very good, The aroma of the beans is lovely. I think I'm going to try a darker roast for comparison. I sometimes put half and half in my coffee and it's really hard to do that with this mild taste because it totally waters it down. overall this is a very delicious coffee.

I use this products for my Jura coffee maker. I need whole bean coffee and we love the mild flavor. It is vibrant and tasty and it is never acidic or never has that burned flavor that some other coffee has. The beans are very dry which is outstanding for my machine. Oily beans can be problematic. I have been buying illy for almost 20 years and I have tried others and it is supreme.

The roast quantity is absolutely terrible. The beans are not evenly roasted with some beans light brown, while others are burnt. All of the beans are split open with obvious signs of over roasting. There is little oil or completely dried out beans through this batch.

Prior to the purchase I requested the information about the roast. They informed me that it is light. What a disappointment it was as the beans are dark roasted.
