Imaginext DC Super Friends Batman Batbot Xtreme

My almost 4 year old grandson is in love with this toy

We received this Imaginext DC Super Friends BatBot Xtreme and my 2 children absolutely love it and haven't stopped playing with it since! The quality play time that they have both had together has been brilliant, and they have even played nicely, for a change! The BatBot is over 2 feet tall and has some pretty amazing features! There are 3 Power Pads on this BatBot, this is where your included Batman figure can stand on, when you twist him on the power pads each one has special features. So on the right shoulder there is a Power Pad, you stand Batman on and twist, he then springs open his wings which spread over 3ft, and also displays two fists. These fists are controlled by the triggers at the back of each arm, you insert one of the yellow disks into the front of the fist, then by pressing the trigger out of the back it shoots across the room! Both of the fists have this action so great for single player use or 2 player. Grace and Jake loved doing this and aiming onto the sofa! So on the left shoulder there is another Power Pad, when you twist this it allows the chest area of the large BatBot to open which is the Command Center. Inside you have like a lift, for Batman to stand in and then he can be lift up or down and into the BatBot's head. The last Power Pad is on the right foot. Stand Batman on this Power Pad, twist and woooosh... out comes the Batcycle! The Power Pads can be used by your hands too to work, you don't need Batman to stand on it, but it does add to the fun! The Batbot requires 3xAA batteries once you have inserted them all the noise and lights work, which brings it so much to life, it is brilliant! You can also press the button at the back of the BatBot's head and talk into the microphone to hear your voice change, mega fun, and a great feature to the product. Grace and Jake keep swapping turns speaking into him, and then end up laughing. The Batbot also features Shoulder Cannons on either shoulder, insert your darts into the Shoulder Cannons, there are also 3 buttons situated above the darts, you can press each button to release a dart, and there is storage for 2 more darts under allowing you to fill up on the go whilst you battle your enemy (or in Jakes instance, his sister!) On the back of the BatBot your child's imagination can still run wild as BatBot's feet and arms have compartments, so this would be great to add any other toys to the playtime fun. Jake has plenty of Lego DC characters, so he has brought them to play too and places them at the back. The contents of the box are:- BatBot Batman character BatCycle 4 disks (for the fists) 10 darts (for the Shoulder Cannons) Instructions The BatBot is very well built, and I can see it lasting us quite a few years, good value for money due to the extensive play that my 2 children have had from the BatBot Suitable ages 3-8 years old, Jake is 7, and I don't see him growing out of this anytime soon, he has had so much fun with it! The contents were all secured and arrived safely. I would like to recommend this product, it has been great fun for my 2 children, and hasn't been a toy that's been left after a day of play, it is one that they keep coming back to. It is great quality, and is very sturdy with no flimsy buts that will break after a few uses. All round great product for children to enjoy with one of their best DC characters.

I received the Imaginext DC Super Friends Batbot Xtreme for free in exchange for an honest review. This toy is amazing. Its over 2 feet tall, and really brings the toy to life. The wings expand out, making it seem even larger. There are 2 handles that you pull to extend the fists with real punching action. There are missile launchers, a hidden lair that the Batcycle hides in. It came with some missiles and a batman figure and motorcycle. The voice change is so fun, the kids talk into it for hours!! This is an amazing toy it has so many features it keeps my kids entertained for hours they particularly love the voice changing and that it shoots darts and disc. It comes completely put together all you have to do is put batteries in it which is amazing for a toy that big I thought there was going to be some assembly required. Nothing also love the Batman and motorcycle that come with it. I would highly recommend this for any child that loves anything Batman [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got the Imaginext DC Super Friends Batbot Xtreme for my nephew who is 4 years old. This toy is so awesome, my nephew won't stop playing with it! The size is so great, standing at over 2 feet tall, but it's not very wide – which is perfect, because it doesn't take up too much space in my brother's home. I think the best part about this toy is that it is so interactive. My nephew absolutely loves all of its features, especially the voice changer (it keeps him entertained for hours). Another great feature is the wings that pop our so easily. This Batbot Xtreme seem to be really study as well. This toy has been dropped so many times, but still looks brand new! This is perfect for any Batman fan! I would totally recommend it to others! I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

I bought the Batbot a few weeks ago and my son loves it, I love Imaginext toys because they don't fall apart or break after my boys play with them...we have some from 10yrs ago that are still in great shape...which is rare with toys. Only problem is that we didn't have any missiles or the batcycle in our box.

This one is defiantly for all the Batman fans out there, Bat Bot Xtreme may just be the ultimate toy that has ever been made, and my two boys couldn't agree more. This toy includes real punching fists, a hidden Batcycle, a voice changer, extendable wings and multiple projectile launchers. Any child will have an awesome time with this Super Hero defending Gotham City from all kinds of attacks from evil Super Villains. Bat Bot Xtreme is just over two-feet tall, towering over the Gotham City bad guys. It just needs you to turn the Power Pad on to send the robot into battles of epic proportions, and extend his arms and wings, to prepare him for action. Squeezing the trigger on the back of the toy triggers his super-charge punching, which I am told by my 8 year old son makes it extremely cool. There is a Power Pad located on the left shoulder of the robot. When that is turned it opens up his chest, which reveals a hidden elevator. This elevator carries Batman into the cockpit. From there he launch a counterattack. There are launch buttons on the robot's shoulders – and projectiles launch when those buttons are pressed. There is a unique voice changer that comes built into the Bat Bot Xtreme. With the cool voice change, the mean and evil Super Villains can be completely taken on. My kids seem to really love being able to change their voices. It really is cool being able to hear your voice transform into something different This toy had my children's imaginations soaring into the stratosphere. This toy has some epic features which include, Battle mode, activated by turning the power pad located on the right shoulder. During battle mode, the voice changer can be used by children for voice effects that are truly cool. This toy is more than 2 feet tall, and comes equipped with projectile launchers, voice changer, a motorcycle, wings and punching fists. The Batman figure is able to fit inside the elevator, that takes him directly to the cockpit. He fires projectiles when the buttons on his shoulders are pressed. The Batcycle is revealed when the power pad is turned to the left. Included are the Batman figures, Batcycle, 10 projectiles and Batbot. After checking out all of its features, it really made the boys want to play with this toy. This toy is definitely worth buying and we highly recommend it for all of the Batman fans. It is very robust and my children absolutely loved playing with it. When asked the only negative that they could come up with is that is only available in one colour. So on the whole , we agree that any child would be very happy to have this toy to cherish and spend hours of imaginative play with.

If you look at almost all the reviews on this site, they are from people who received this toy for free or at a discounted price. It's not really fair for us who pays the full price and think that this is an awesome toy. Well it isn't. It's not really worth the money. It would entertain your kid if under <5 year old. Why can't I get a discount ? I am probably going to return this because 1-it's not as entertaining for a six years old boy 2-I don't feel it's fair I pay the full price while other didn't

I bought this toy for my son who had to have it. When we opened the box there was a piece already broke inside. The handle bar on the little motorcycle that comes with it was broken. I contacted customer service over a month ago and they never got back to me. In my opinion this expensive toy is cheaply made.
