Imaginext DC Super Friends Batman Gotham Jail

My son saved up money from his piggy bank for this item. It was more expensive, when he saw it a few months ago. Now that it has dropped more than $20 in price, I'd say it's been a very worthwhile purchase. He plays with it for hours. He loves putting the bad guys in the jail, and the light up feature is really cool. This is a great toy for any child who likes Batman. We read the Batman early readers books, and he is very familiar with the Arkham Asylum, so it's super cool that he can act out scenes with this toy.

I brought this as an early christmas gift for my son aged 6. It was shipped to store and i picked it up with no problem. It was as advertised!!!1

I bought this for my 6 year old son and it goes good with the other Batman Imaginext toys to help him create the ultimate Gotham City. He loves it and I love watching him expand his imagination with different scenarios each time he plays with it.

Both my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter have been playing with this jail since Christmas. I was wondering if it would hold up with them yanking on the prison cell doors, but it has. Even the battery still has a charge. Batman is the regular, black suit Batman and has got mixed in with our other Batman figures, but I think he is still in good shape. Bane is a nice quality figure with good paint that has also held up nicely to my daughter carrying him around and even leaving him in places he has been occasionally stepped on. Not only are the toys high quality, but they hold the interest of my kids for a very long time. Only thing I don't care for is the pictures of specific villains' photos on the jail cells, because we definitely used the jail for different characters all the time.

Little pricy for molded plastic, but my grandson really wanted it.

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas. He's really into Batman this year. He has the cave and other things so this will be a welcome addition cause he asked for it! I didn't open it but you can test it sort of, you turn a knob and this figure lights up, then you turn something else and the doors on the jail open and close. I wouldn't say it's really worth the price but if he loves it,it's worth it!

The quality and ease of play is the same as the other Imaginext products which is pretty good. The thing that turned me off to this product is one of the decorative stickers. It is a an area for a character to be placed with what appears to be electricity around it. If you put a character in the area it looks as is the character is being electrocuted. I purchased this product online and did not see that sticker. If I had I wouldn't have purchased it for my four year old. The age on the box says 3-8 but I think that a character being electrocuted is too mature for a three year old.
