Imaginext Power Rangers Pink Ranger & Pterodactyl Zord

My daughter loves this toy from the moment she received it. She loves that it is a pink for her and she laughs shooting the little pink launchers from the pterodactyl zord. She has not but the toy down since she got it and usually her interest in a toy is 10 mins and it's old news. She always makes sure she has all the parts and keeps it with her throughout the house. Got this for my twin 3 year old boys who are obsessed with dinosaurs. They love it!! The darts shoot really far and are a good (safe) size. The pterodactyl's mouth opens (or chomps as my sons would say) which is a fun feature. The toy is interactive but also allows for some imaginative play (making noises, flying, etc.). Also, it's nice that the darts and action figures are interchangeable with our other FP toys! Only regret is not having two! A great toy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My friend's daughter loves Kimberly, so this was the perfect set for her! She loves that she has action figures to play with like her friends who are little boys. This toy is great! I got it for my twin three year old boys, mainly becuase it is a dinosaur. They love it! The action figure stands on top and when manipulated, the wings pop out and the pteradachtly's mouth opens (chomps as my boys would say). There nare two 'darts' under each wing that shoot very far! The kids think it's great. The toy is a good size and is perfect for throwing in a bag to go to grandma and grandpas or even just in their hands for a ride in the truck. We like that the figurine and the darts are interchangeable with their other FP toys (we have the big Dino with all the bells and whistles). The twins really like this toy and it helps them to realize that even though it's pink, that doesn't necessarily mean it's for girls. As the mom, I like that it doesn't make all kinds of sounds and have a ton of functions. It leaves a lot of room for imaginative play. The twins love making chomping sounds, the pteradachtly's screeching sound and 'flying' it all around. This toy is a big hit in my house full of boys! Both my 3yo girl and 5yo boy love playing with this. My daughter loves a pink "superhero" and the special features, the wings and mouth move and it shoots arrows, are cool but simple enough for younger kids to work. The Imaginext Power Rangers Pink Ranger & Pterodactyl Zord was enjoyed by all three of my sons ages 8, 6, and 3. I wasn't sure how they would feel about the Pink Ranger since they are boys, but all they heard was Power Rangers and they were set. Now they want the rest of the Zords to make the Mega Zord. All three of my kids loved playing with this toy (girl 8, boy 5, boy 3). They honestly fight over who gets to play with it. My 3 year old is the most intrigued with it for the longest. The only issues I have with it is the girl is hard to get to stay in her flying thing. she has two holes that you push her into, but only one peg on her flying thing that goes into her. Having two pegs to help her stay on her flying thing would be beneficial i believe. I have noticed after playing with it for a week one of the wings doesn't seem to snap down as quickly anymore, and after turning her around 10 times won't go down unless you pull it down. This item is exactly what it seems. Sturdy construction, even the projectiles. I expect it to hold up in the long run. The Pink Ranger's feet are a bit small for the slot but the pterodactyl's mouth opens with easy turning of the space. In order to get the Ranger to stay on the dinosaur requires an adult to position it. Too hard for my 4 year old. Overall happy, he loves it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My son enjoyed this addition to his collection. This toy was easy to assemble and makes for great imagitive play. The only negative aspect is that the power ranger does not stay on very well now matter how it is secured, making my son frustrated at times. Overall it is a great addition.
