Imagitarium Frameless Shallow Glass Aquarium 6.8 Gallon

I don't know why the bad reviews but my 13-gallon tank is fabulous. I bought it in store and service at the fish area was helpful and fast. It's been a month and the tank is cycled and the community fish are doing great. No issues with the seams or glass (although the caulking is a bit messy). I love that the lid is included and has a cut out for easy removal.

Bought this about a year ago and I'm glad it didn't have structural defects like the other buyers mentioned. Thought I'd put in my 2 cents. I do wish the silicone bead was thicker, for my peace of mind, but I haven't had any issues. I also would feel better if the glass was thicker 😅

I bought the aquarium over a month ago and just set it up recently. It's the best aquarium I think I've ever had and I've had many of them over the last 45 years. The size is perfect and I like that it's wider than most aquariums. The leveling pad is a nice touch in the clip on glass lid will obviously help curb some of the evaporation and keep the fish from jumping out. I like the shallowness and the width of the aquarium the best. It was very easy to aquascape the tank and I have had no problems with leakage. All of the. the seams are tidy with no sloppy siliconed areas. I got the aquarium on sale for half price and I am so glad I did. I'm thinking of selling my 29 gallon Aqueon aquarium and getting another one of these in its place.

I've purchased 4 of these 28 gallon frameless now and they are AMAZING. I can't believe the price for this size frameless aquarium. With the 50% tank sale and my additional 15% off for fish supplies and 10% for purchasing online and picking up in store I pay around 65 each for them! Of course Petco can make some back on everything I need to fill them so I suppose we both win. I'm so happy with the tanks I can't understand why anyone would complain about them. Now I get to fill them!

Currently leak testing the tank so I can't speak about its quality. However I realized my tank didn't come with clips for the lid. Heartbreaking, besides that it looks decent. Hopefully it pasts the leak test. Luckily I don't need the lid for now but it would've been nice if they were in the packaging.

I have five of the 13.3 gallons and I've never had a single issue other than stepping, sitting on, or dropping the stupid lid. I'm not sure why these are so hated. Thin glass, but it's a shallow small tank so it's fine unless you're planning on performing hammer juggling tricks near it.

I purchased the 13.3 gallon and had it delivered. I was able to get it on a 50% discount with vital care so cost was under $40. For that price, this is well worth the purchase. The construction is not on the level of the name brand rimless tanks but there is plenty of silicone and the glass is at least 5mm. The ends are not perfectly lined up and the silicone is applied in a pretty wide path but you don't really notice it unless you are looking for it. It even comes with a lid which was a surprise. Dimensions on this size would be 24.17 IN W x 12.6 IN D x 10.83 IN H. If you can get this at a good price, it's worth a purchase.

The tank has some sealant issues, some of the silicone is sloppily applied. The tank is not packaged securely, it is protected only by one loose plastic strap holding two flimsy pieces of cardboard on the top and bottom.

I had no issues with the tank itself so far, but the lid had a chip, and lasted 2 days before breaking down the middle and falling straight in the tank. VERY fragile and unstable.

Bought on sale in store and leaked before I even got it filled to the top to test. Couldn't imagine coming home to this exploded all over the floor. Dead fish, a huge mess, wasted money, and massive structural problems to fight insurance over. Not worth $80.
