These are so cool with the many different colors. My son has regular Legos and he has Pokémon and Mario Legos that he can use these with. I like the fact that each color can represent a different foundation like green for grass and blue for water and it’s even got a clear one which is really cool for the statue type Legos where they don’t really have a foundation they’re just kind of freestanding, I think with any Lego set these are a must have

I like this set. Works with just about any Lego set we’ve owned in my home. I love that there are 12 palettes and that they’re all different colors. These Lego bases are sturdy and work very well. It’s always super helpful to have a flat base for legos. I really love the clear palette. My boys love them and we’re excited about these— for the kids really into legos- you can never have too many bases for them, they will be happy. My boys are 14 and 4 and they both use these. I would recommend to a friend.

These building plates are great. The colors are very bright and appealing. The building bricks fit perfectly on the plates without problem. There are plenty of plates to build on in the pack which is worth the money. My child loves building on these plates

When these building plates arrived I was impressed by the number of colors, but i handed them over to the building block experts in my home. My experts proceeded to build a rough multi-level building and raved about the ability to use these plates on both sides. This is something that cannot be done with existing plates they had. They seem as durable as any other and are compatible with Lego blocks.

My kids love building with Legos and other blocks. These base plates work perfectly with Legos. There are 12 of them in different colors--even a clear one. They are slightly over 6 inches on each side. They are made from plastic. If your kids like playing with Legos, then these pieces will work perfectly. You cannot even tell the difference in the brand.

My kids love these building block bases. They came with every color the kids could need, and they provided the perfect base for building bigger and better masterpieces. The bases themselves are slightly flexible and fit all of our different brand blocks. The bases also connect to each other nicely. Overall, we have not had any issues with the blocks not connecting well. I can't wait to see what my kids' imaginations lead them to build next with these!

This 12 piece assorted building block plates are great to go with any Lego set you may have, and all these assorted colors to play with are great, my 6 year old couldnt wait to tear them open to play with them. Would definitely reccomend to anyone that plays with Lego's.

Our family is a big fan of building blocks and have hundreds of sets and large totes of building blocks that we bring out often, and allow the creativity of our children to blossom. "Name brand" baseplates are fairly expensive, so I was pleased to see that there was a package of 12 - 6"x6" baseplates in one package, and they were all different colors. I especially liked the clear baseplate, since I have never seen one of those before. While playing with these baseplates, we did notice that the plastic used was not quite as durable as other "major brand" baseplates, and some of the plastic scuffed off more easily during building and play. For the price and value of having 12 individual baseplates, I believe these will do fine. If you are looking for long-lasting and perfection, you may want to stick with the "name branded" building blocks. Overall, I would recommend these baseplates for building block builders of all ages.

So the 12 piece 6x6 Lego building plates are nicely colored and there’s 12, those are the pros. The cons are that they are really flimsy for what they are meant for. They will slide around, they are flimsy and even the blocks on the top are not as raised as they could be making it harder for the actual building blocks to stay on. Good cheap set, not for avid builders.
