Imitation Security Camera In Black

I feel like it will deter criminals because it could easily be mounted anywhere outside and you dont have to have any fancy tools or wiring to accomplish the goal. I will be mounting this on a commercial building in the middle of the city so it should work great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in a fairly private location, nearest neighbors 500' away separated by woods, but in city limits, I have had people drive up to the garage back out and leave. My imitation security camera is above the garage door, where they thieves and didn't want their faces on camera, I don't know, but it is a deterrent. Yes, I would buy it again. I read on the internet that thieves will shy away from a well lit home with security cameras, so I take where I read to see if it works, and it definitely works. I recommend Defiant imitation security camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The imitation security camera from Defiant has a very realistic design. It doesn't need no wiring, it comes with mounting hardware. The night sensor lights up red when it's dark. I can't say much an out the battery life yet as it's brand new but I hope it has a long one.

It seems like it's made really well so it will last in outside conditions. The little light on the front really makes it come to life in front of you. It was so easy to put up and didn't cause too much damage to the house. To me this is so worth it to feel just a little more safe without having to pay a boatload for real cameras.

Best to wait until you are up and running to do any adjustments on the monitor. The picture is so clear. More than enough cable comes with the unit.

Maybe if it had at least recording capabilities or motion detectors it wouldn't be so bad. It's simple to install, just a few screws. It's metal so it will definitely hold up. Just needs to change the batteries.
