I have have silk and satin before but none had a zipper so in a couple of days they would come off- annoying. I saw these were $20 for the set and I’m so happy I got them ! It felt like sleeping on a cloud last night. Plus the zipper keeps them in place.

The price was right for a pair of queen size mulberry silk pillowcases. I was happy with the quick delivery. Opening the package, I was thrilled with the color and the appearance of the silk. However … not thrilled with one of the pillowcases that has a stuck zipper. I tried everything to get it to work, but there must be small threads from the seam that are caught in the zipper. I am reluctant to return the pair and would prefer to exchange only the defective one. Is that possible?

This set of pillow cases is not silk. Its some sort of synthetic material. I was suspicious of the price, but hopeful that i would get the real deal. It didn't feel like i was expecting when i received it, so i burned a small section from one of the main panels. It did not burn, it scorched and it melted. This item is being falsely advertised. Yes it is a satin weave. But it is most likely polyester.

description says 100% silk but the tag says 100% polyester. not what i expected when i purchased but the price makes more sense now.

They are false advertising. They did not send mulberry silk pillowcases and instead sent polyester pillowcases. The material matters if you are looking for literal SILK for skin and hair care benefits. That is a concrete lie to sent a product that is clearly no 100% SILK. Wasting my time with a need to return it.

This product is advertised as 100% silk and also advertised as a king size pillow case. Neither is true! The pillow cases that I received are made of 100% polyester and are 20 by 30 inches, which is not king size.

It did not have the zipper and that was the main reason that I bought this item.

This is false advertising. The material is not silk at all it is 100% Polyester. Incredibly ANNOYING and disappointing as it has wasted time. If you are looking for a pillowcase to help with your hair and skin, mulberry silk is the best. Clearly, no amount of research is gonna help when purchasing products as long as we have people lying and selling. So disgusting.
