I purchased these in a quest to get rid of a nagging wicked cough that started in fall 2022 (my usual time for allergy/sinus issues to kick in.) These are the only thing that got rid of it. I took them every day thru December, then started to wean off of them. I found that I can't stay off them for good because the cough comes back - not as bad but still annoying. I only take them on Saturdays and Sundays now and that does the trick. Another thing to note is that Zinc doesn't usually agree with my stomach, but I have no problems with the dosage in this pack.

These packs are well priced and so convenient to have handy. I bought these for my husband to make it easy fir him to remember these well recommended supplements. I take them from separate bottles but I'm not consistent so will order an extra box for myself also;)

Great concept. Very reasonably priced. Solid combination of proven products designed to offer your immune system some natural support. Only rated a 4 because shipment was delayed as the product was temporarily out of stock…which is likely proof of how favorably this combo is viewed.

A great product for travelling. But it might be less expensive to buy each item separately.
