I've been relying on Immodium against dysentery for a number of years and it works every time. Just make sure you take two pills immediately if you go to the toilet for the second time within an hour or so; in other words, don't wait till you went to the toilet for a third or fourth time!

I have been taking Imodium for several years and only recently realised there are TWO kinds. One regular, one multi symptom. I decided to try the multi symptom and I find there is a difference and I am helped more with the multi symptom that the regular. I am aware that Imodium is loperamide. I was given a Rx for loperamide and it never really helped me or stopped the problem. The OTC Imodium has worked much better than the generic and the multi symptom is even better.

If it can stop diarrhea from having bad colon then I can guaranty you that any other type of diarrhea can be easily fixed with a help of these pills, just do not overtake them, or you will end up like me - not being able to use a bathroom for days!
