These are the warmest casual boots I ever had , I love these boots they are just like on the picture but better once you see them after shipped , love these boots so much.

I do like how comfortable my feet feel inside the boots. The only thing I dislike about these boots are the exterior of the boots are discoloration when I walk outside in the snow. Discoloration happened the first day I put them on and walked outside. My suggestion is not to walk in snow (if possible) or raining etc.

I ordered chestnut and received gray color. I decided to keep them rather than hassle with a return. I gave them 4 stars because of this. They do run small. Normally in boots I size up to a 9. My toes are at the end in these size 9. In this case I would size up an additional half to whole size than you usually purchase. They do look as pictured. I can only speak for the gray color since that is what I was sent. They arrived quickly much earlier than expected. I have not contacted seller so Im unsure how they handle returns.

didn't run to true size, very snug and uncomfortable

although the boot seems to be made of quality material, does not run true to size. no way it came close to size 10. could not get it on.. The package came in crushed/damaged with no identifying paperwork as to size. Was left at an outside door, rather than the requested use of inside porch. a

they are made so small in size. im between 7.5 to 8 in usa sizing and i went up to size 8 the largest i ever go to and they are like a kids boot so small looks like a 6.5 -7 they need to make the correct sizing in boots. very disappointed. they are okay for knocking around the house. not high quality.

they were cheaply made and they are falling apart

Awful boots which arrived packaged in such an i-don't-care attitude way that large creases were imprinted on both boots and not removable. Lable on outer back of one boot stitched lopsided, lumps felt in heel of same lopsided boot. Poor quality-manufacturing and unworthy of peddling to the public.

The boots are too small. I usually wear 6.5 so I ordered a 7, but it feels like a 6. Bad thing is, I can't return them for some reason-- I bought them online and I don't have the option to return them
