They are a little awkward to get it but once they are on, it's incredible! They are much more comfortable than standard breathing strips and work much much better! I made my husband wear a pair to bed and it helped his snoring significantly (which is a huge bonus for me!) I love the little storage container too!

Once it's on though, you can feel the difference right away. It's not uncomfortable because it's a malleable rubbery material. It also stays in place, even if I am running or moving around a lot. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has recently picked up Running, I decided to give this a try and let me tell you it has greatly improved my agility and helped my breathing as I go through this Running journey of mine. The first time I used ImpactRx before a run, I was amazed at how open my nasal passages felt. I didn't have to mouth breathe at all during my 2 mile run, which is unheard of for me. My nose stayed clear and I felt like I could take in more oxygen with each breathe. It has been a total game changer for my running. I can actually enjoy my runs now without constantly fighting to breathe. I don't know how I managed without it before. This is a must-have product for any performance-focused athlete. I think my nostrils are juuuuust barely small enough that I do experience a small amount of discomfort after wearing the aid for a while, and it did escape into my covers the first night I wore it to bed. I am not a stationary sleeper, so there's a wide margin for user error here. Overall, I am glad I bought these and get a chuckle every time I put them in, because they make my nose a very cute funny shape. I love the concept and continue to recommend folks to try these out.

He typically wears nasal strips but we have been using this on and off for a week now and he sleeps so much better and the snoring is almost non detectable if we wears these to sleep.

Hard to install in nose. Or I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Need instruction.
