Plant verses beef

ColaBear March 30, 2026

Like: Their texture is very much like meat based product and they are very tasty. I like to use them to make swedish meatballs. They are a little less expensive, lower in sodium, and lower in calories than meat based product plus they have no cholesterol. Dislike: Because of the number of meatballs per serving in half the meat based product, I cut them in half.

Versatile better for veggie meatball!

Amity January 10, 2026

These truly do make it impossible to believe that these are not meat. The texture feels more like a veal because it is super tender. I roasted mine a little before adding them to the sauce to brown them which made them taste even more like a real meatball. I have purchased these twice now and the high quality remains the same. These are going to be a new staple for me because they are versatile and not just limited to spaghetti. They make a great sub sandwich as well. Enjoy!!!!

Amazing "meat"balls!

cecilia April 11, 2026

I love having these in the freezer for my husband to throw together for us a quick, tasty spaghetti dinner that we can enjoy, for the both of us (vegetarian and meat-eater.) My mom also likes these meatballs and she is really picky about vegetarian meat-alternative products. Great texture and convenient.

Absolutely delicious!

Lisa November 14, 2025

Best meatballs I've ever eaten, vegan or otherwise! These are so good and heat up easily in your sauce. Tasted so good my family thought I had added real meat meatballs! Normally a gardein fan but these might be my new go-to! They really do taste like the kind my mom used to make, only wish was that there were more in the bag (they are pricey). Great texture, easy to slice up and no weird fat globs like real meat. Super delicious and easy to use, just pop a few in your sauce as desired. Taste great with spaghetti or just meatball sandwiches! Yum!

good "meat" balls

HS January 16, 2026

these vegan meatballs tasted great!!! i cooked them in sauce and used them to make "meatball" subs. i thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat these without any worries about biting into something nasty (such as gristle in real meatballs). i also loved that i could eat these without worrying about SOME (not all) of the typical risks that come with eating red meat. yes, the portioning is rather small (about 13.5 meatballs come in a bag compared to 66 real meatballs in a normal sized bag), but that worked out for me because only i was eating them and they were much larger in size than real meatballs. however, these are not something i would eat often due to the high saturated fat and sodium content! (81% DV saturated fat and 85.5% DV sodium for a full bag). regardless, they make a great meat substitute for an occasional meatball-based dinner, and they still have much less fat and sodium than beef and pork based meatballs.

Simply Wonderful Taste, Love It!

Judy June 30, 2025

This is the first time since becoming a vegetarian 25 years ago that I have purchased vegetarian meatballs or burger meat that is so close to real beef it's nearly unbelievable. I hope this product is not processed with anything unhealthy. I can't wait for them to come out with more products. Their chicken nuggets are wonderful too. Taste just like chicken. I will be trying all products from this company as they hit the store shelves.

I cooked up 4 and got them nicely browned on the outside. Added to a sub with sauce and cheese...whoaaa! Nice! Filling too. Saved the second half and that evening sooommmeOne helped it to disappeared hmmm. These are just like regular meatballs. Added italian spices sauce and whatever and you have got a tasty meal. Enjoy!

Delicious meat substitute...highly recommend.

Steve August 22, 2025

These meatballs made from plants taste amazing. They have the texture, smell, and taste of real meat meatballs. I love them....but they are expensive as compared to meat which is a shame. I love the fact that they can be stored in the freezer until you need them. I microwave them for 30 seconds, then add them to my favorite sauce and simmer. Couldn't be easier yo get the protein you need. I highly recommend these!

Great alternative to Meats

Steve March 21, 2026

For a none meat alternative these look and taste pretty good. The texture is very good. I have used them plain without sauces, make them with spaghetti, mix them with a good BBQ sauce or even in an Asian meat ball or Hawaiian sauce they taste good and hold up well.

Utterly Gross; Too Much Seasoning

WalmartShopper June 13, 2026

As a vegetarian, I've tried many types of meatless products. This is the absolute grossest I've eaten. The meatballs are overly seasoned with a variety of spices, including paprika, that destroy its taste and flavor. I see now why the product is named "Impossible". These are impossible to eat without getting nauseous. Many may not mind the taste but I'll stick to competitors who make microwavable meatballs and veggie burgers that are edible, delicious and don't leave me gagging.
