Disappointed
I really loved this chair but disappointed they sent me a chair with scratches all over it. Shipping box was in great condition which means they sent me a damaged chair from the manufacturer. Returning it is more of a hustle than keeping the chair with all the scratches since they make you cover all shipping costs and it would cost me half of what the chair is worth just to ship it.
