First of all, I didn't need the head for the eyebrows because I'm 66 and barely have any eyebrows left. I bought this for the facial hair and chose this because its ratings were higher than the true Flawless brand. The head on this isn't connected in a manner that allows it to pivot and match the curves exactly like my other one did, so I wish I'd just bought another one of that brand. The last time I used mine, it worked just fine. This last time, the light comes on, but the shaver doesn't, so I have no clue as to what's wrong. All I know is that it gave a much smoother shave than this brand. This one charges just fine, but it seemed liked it took a whole lot longer than they claim. I wouldn't say that this is a bad priduct. It just isn't as good as the one I had been using. Now, everyone is different and ther facial hair can be as well. I suggest that you read all the reviews to make your decision. Like I said, there were plenty of great reviews for this, and you may need the eyebrow trimmer, too, or more, so please don't just decide yes or no based on my review.

I like the original Flawless that first came out. Shaved so much better. This one does not shave close and the nose attachment does not work good. I will be purchasing the original Flawless soon.
