The Charcoal Aluminum Pot is Really a NonStick Pot. I Love Using It When I Am Cooking My Food Is Not Sticking To The Bottom Of The Pot.
I had bought one just like it and my sister fell in love with it so I got her one . It's great for soups I used to have to use two pots now I only use this one .
They should know that this pot is very durable and it's the right sise for cooking for a family of 4-8 and easy to heat up and very good for spaghetti
I was looking for a pot to make macaroni and cheese. the pot needed to be wide enough to cover the burner on the stove, but not real high. this ended up being the perfect pot to use and it's extremely easy to clean! I wish all of my pots and pans worked as well as this one.
The pot was slightly bigger than I expected; which ironically makes it just right for my cooking endeavors for a squad of people every day. I read the reviews of others before my purchase and the two negative trends that stood out were the sticker placed on the side of the pot that is hard to remove and the pot being warped or damaged to the point that the lid does not fit the pot. The pot performs like non-stick pots that cost twice as much. The non-stick surface inside the pot looks durable and worked well on my initial use. The sticker on the outside came right off without a problem when I carefully peeled it off. I would suggest removing it before washing or cooking with the pot; as heat and water will just make it more difficult to remove. When I inspected the pot out of the box, I found that the pot was slightly indented. I looked as though someone may have at some point dropped the pot. In my case, luckily, the lid does fit (very tightly). For the price, this is a great pot. Since I am not the only one pointing out the issue of the dents and bends in the pots, I assume that there is an issue somewhere after the production or during the distribution of the pot where they are damaged causing this issue. Other than that, this is a great pot for the price. If the company could eliminate the denting issue they would be cooking with Crisco.
I received this seriously bent and dented stockpot and used my skills to restore it to usability. It's thinnest allowed me to reshape the pot. It now functions well! However, not many folks would take time to repair. Just hope for an undamaged item!
Finally after several replacements, I got one pot that was good. I don't know if it is happening in the factory or in shipping, but after 3 replacements, you got one pot out of 4 in a good condition!!!! They look like they have been dropped on the handles. There was hardly any packing material to protect them. They cook wonderful, love the clean up, and size. But I wouldn't take them to a function outside of my home. The lids won't fit and the appearance is terrible, except for the 4th pot you sent. You did refund my money after the second replacement. Please check into the quality of the pots before shipping and put lots of packing material around before shipping.
The pot size is great for a family but I have to say the same as the others about the lid. It doesn't fit. The pot is almost oblong and the lid round. We did try to alter it some to fit well enough to cook with. Imusa should really do something about this defect because it's really just a defect in something that they are doing during manufacturing. As you can see in the picture, there is not a good seal with the lid.
It was bent at the top would not fit down properly and when I wanted to return it, no one had the correct size in stock so I'm stuck with a whop sided bent up pot. How do you spell it was bent at the top would not fit down properly and when I wanted to return it, no one had the correct size in stock so I'm stuck with a whop sided bent up pot
pot came in damaged. lid does not fit .
