IMUSA Chef WL Slotted Spoon with Wood Look Handle

This is a wonderful, quality spoon! I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion, and will be searching for the rest of the collection to purchase! I have had so many utensils in the past that are cheaply made and bend or crack and this one shows no signs of that! It is sturdy to hold up to some weight if needed. The thumb spot fits nicely on the hand and the wood grain look handle is really beautiful and a classic look! Highly recommend!

This slotted spoon has a bit longer of a handle than most of my other utensils. I love the wooden look without having to deal with the handwashing of a normal wooden utensil. very well balanced and feels nice in the hand. There is a little indent that is good for the thumb and the hole is great if you want to hang it instead of put in in a drawer.

The spoon is very good looking with the wood grain handle. Looks like a high quality & high dollar spoon. I got this as part of a sample but would definitely purchase this spoon again & again. Great addition to my kitchen.

I love the wooden handle, it looks a lot nicer when in a utensil jar than plastic. It's also a very durable and sturdy spoon and can be used for a variety of cooking types.

After using the Imusa spoon, I fell in love with it, sturdy handle, easy grip and light weight, I found it to be easy to use while cooking and turning the pot.

I received a free nylon slotted spoon with woodlook handle, and it has been great. The slots are narrow enough that very little food passes through, but there are enough slots for the spoon to efficiently and thoroughly strain out any liquid. I am definitely glad that it was added to my kitchen arsenal, and will utilize it frequently in the future. I will say that the packaging and website are confusing in regards to cleaning instructions. The packaging simply says that the spoon is "heat resistant up to 500°", whereas the website says "dishwasher safe" on one line and "hand wash only" just a couple lines down. I decided to take the risk, and have found that it can definitely handle being washed on the top rack, though I can't vouch for how this may impact longevity as I've only had the spoon for a couple weeks.

I like how the spoon looks most of all. It's very sleek and matches well with my kitchen. I like that it doesn't damage the nonstick coating on my pans. It is sturdy and doesn't bend with weight of the food which is nice. It's also flexible enough that it bends but not too much. The one thing I don't like is that it's two pieces and it does come apart. I'm afraid it won't last long if it's used frequently and put in the dishwasher.
