It works well, but I don't care for the inability to move the ball side to side because of the rope.

This should be perfect for my back. But it is virtually impossible to get into without a jigsaw and a super duper wire cutter. Definately not for the weak, the elderly or anyone who wants to get ito the packaging and keep their fingers. I am currently using it on pressure points with the cardboard and zip ties still attached.
