My residence has hard water and I have tried several different ways to remove the lime, the Ultra Big Blue seems to be working, although I haven't used it for one month.

I had never heard of this product but my wife wanted to try it. We are pleased with the service it has done, so far. The price is comparable with other brands.

This product keeps the water pretty and blue. It does not keep the bowl clean and does not control the urine odor if you forget to flush.

There's an unexpected sand like product in the box with the bowl cleaners but they work okay. There's no smell if that's what you are looking for, but it does what it's supposed to do.

One of the 12 was broken in pkg and when I opened the pkg, that stuff got all over everything

Don't know if this goes bad. Water in toilet turns dark instead of blue.

No two are the same. Some provide blue water like designed and another one the blue is faint.

This item arrived at my home and it sounded like I received a box of sand. The material inside the canisters was akin to hardened mud and was breaking up and getting all over the inside of the box. Some of the canisters had broken tops and at least 2 had broken bottoms holding the material. Will never buy this product again.

Looked like it was filled with concrete! Water did not get very blue. Concrete type powder all over inside the shipping box. Would not buy again! Would not recommend.
