Great, as I was in the Movie and saw great part of it being shot or made. Met some of the cast and they were great

A classic
The DVD and case came in excellent condition. The MOVIE is a classic award-winning film starring Sidney Poitier and was based on a novel written the year before. The story is about a "white" southern police chief who, while investigating a recent murder, comes into the life of central character Virgil Tibbs, a "black" man from who has been arrested for the murder. We discover Virgil is also a detective. In the midst of this murder mystery both have to deal with bigots who were quite intimidating in that civil right movement era. It was inspiration for the tv series which starred Carroll O'Connor. The movie won several academy awards and is well worth it.

Just OK
The acting was above average, enough plot twists to keep you interested but the story line is exactly what you would expect when dealing with the South in the 50's %26 60's. Didn't think it warranted a best picture.

YOU WOULD HAVE TO EDIT MY TITLE
