all other 1 inch chlorine tablets are the same -- these have about twice the chlorine, because they are very tall

I appreciate the ease of having this shipped right to the house. It made it in sooner time than stated. Can't get better than that! I am very pleased with the product.

I like that the 1" tabs were in individual 1 lb bags compared to the typical bucket that just comes with 25lbs of loose tabs. Having them bagged cuts down on the toxic fumes every time you open the lid.

Quality of product is excellent. I really like the easy open container which also seals easily. Smaller bags with about 30 tablets in each is another great touch. Overall, excellent product and I will purchase from your company again.

I haven't used the chlorine tabs just yet because it's too early to open the pool. But the price point was a great deal, so I purchased ahead of time.

Don't smell and work well on hot tub; however, I recommend using bromine instead of chlorine for hot tub due to high temperature. Use chlorine tabs in fountain now and they do a nice job keeping water clear.

The price was good but they shipped it with a carrier that delivered with semi-trucks, which cannot get into our neighborhood. The delivery took way too long and I had to meet the driver in a local parking lot. All around a horrible experience. Also, they highlight the “individually wrapped” tabs as a plus, it isn't. It is a tremendous pain to cut open every tab.

It has been so frustrating this past year - the 1” chlorine tabs seem to never be in stock I check the website weekly It is also discouraging that they are so much more expensive this year

I've been an In The Swim customer for many years, but due to your decision to sending your customer service offshore, I will never order again. I placed a routine order, and due to their very broken English speaking ability it took 5 phone calls.... Never Again !!!

This product is stabilized with Cyanuric Acid. It will raise your cyanuric acid (CYA) 1PPM per tablet. At that rate it doesn't take long for the CYA levels to raise to the point that your sanitizer can't do its job. You have to drain the tub and refill with fresh water to correct this problem. Consider using Bromine tablets.
