Light but supportive
Knee has been sore since a slip on ice in march, possibly meniscus. Since it is not real bad, mostly with twisting or squating, I've been trying the knee brace. This brace seems to do an adequate job with 2 side supports on each side. It is thinner and lighter than my other ones but still supportive. It is easy to put on. It is mentioned to slide your leg in it but you do not have to if it is too difficult. You can also place it on your knee and do the 4 straps easily. My measurement 2 inches above the top of the knee is 16 inches, which is how most determine your size. This one size fits all. Since the velcro straps can apply anywhere, I do think this will fit most people.

Knee support
This knee support is one size fits most. It has long straps and is easy to adjust. It does help with knee pain and stability. It also has reflective pieces on it which are good if you're out in the evening for a walk. It is not uncomfortable and is definitely good to use along with therapy.
