I loved the convenience of the individually wrapped straws. The straws are pretty durable also. Great for milkshakes and bottles.

I like the straws, I just don't like the shipping. I ordered 500 straws for an upcoming party but instead, they sent me a box of 350. I don't know what I'm going to do!
Ordered and paid for 1000 wrapped straws. Received 2 box s of 350. That doesn't make 1000. Either change your ad or send the amount you advertise. Shady business practice. Will never recommend this to anyone.
The straw hole is the size of a pin head; you'll get a headache trying to suck through it.
I ordered a case of 5000 straws and was shipped a case of 3200. I spoke with customer service who said they will either have the remaining straws shipped, or be reimbursed. To date the only restitution I see is a $5 gift certificate.
