Indoor Camera, Netvue Home Security Camera, PTZ Surveillance WiFi Cameras - Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Black

This camera is amazing. The response time to view live video was faster than my previous system. The PTZ feature is awesome and allows me to view an entire room! The only downside is the subscription you'll have to pay. They break up each feature into a different subscription.

It was easy to set up and set up with the app. Picture quality is fair and sometimes will pixilate or lag when moving around. I'm still getting used to navigating the app, but overall, I am content with the purchase.

the only thing I don't like is you have to pay to use it

I have enjoyed watching g my pets sleep mostly when I am out. It works great with my wifi and I have no trouble using the app on my phone.

i have the outdoor camera and that stays connected extremely and even looks great so i bought the indoor camera. is doesn't stay connected and more than half the time the rotation doesnt work. i have contacted netnue and they just keep telling me to make sure im connected to the right 2g with password. which iam.

Camera did not want to work correctly on insulation. Could not get the pan Function to work. Let it sit for a while, and it started working on its own. Other than that, it works great!

missing parts when we recieved it. we tried exchanging it. The second camera they sent us was also missing the bracket. very disappointing as we needed the camera for tomorrow. we cant wait another few days to get this resolved.

Went by quick setup and would not work. contacted customer service at netvue and followed their instructions and still would not work. I am returning this item.

very small does not mount well

Never received it . And was never able to get in contact with anyone to help
