Indoor Oak Flagpole (7ft)

These 1.25" coated hardwood flagpoles are great for both marching and for display at an event tent, although they do need a finial on top and screws and clips to attach flags. Although listed for indoor use, we place them outdoors in a stand with military service flags and other flags on both cloudy and sunny days, use them in parades, and protect them in the event of rain. These are the least costly, but well-built, flagpoles we could locate.

Looking for Flag poles for our Scout Troop and Pack wanted something that could be broken down and packed for camping, but were nice enough for Courts of Honor. This really fits the bill. The extra thick diameter feel really nice in your hand and the finish is well done.

As to what it is and what it does there is no problem. It's a flagpole and will do just that. My rating is on fit and finish. Here is where it's lacking. The fit and finish is rough. Not sure what color it is - it's very uneven and the gloss is heavy and not well done. I will strip the gloss and recolor and get to a smooth finish. Given the cost, the sticks could have been better done. They are fairly difficult to get and worth the extra effort the make them exceptional.
