Be sure you get the right APP. The QR code sent me to a sight that asked for credit card info. Enter the website yourself and be sure its for your camera model. Buy a micro-sd card so you don't need to subscribe to a cloud service.

It did what I need it to do. I just thought I could use a SD card,and see the picture. Had to get my kid to look at it with her smart phone.

Great product for the price ! I was able to watch my pups when I was working and see the dog walker interact with my boys going in and out ! It gave me peace of mind.

I read the reviews and bought it anyway, big mistake. The amount of ads are ridiculous. Unless you purchase upgrades the ads will constantly interrupt while viewing. It's to the point I don't even want to check the camera because of the countless ads. I gave it 1 star because it does work and picture quality is decent. Searching for a better one.

said it was a netvue mini orb camera it is not netvue app will not recognize qr code to set up, Does not say Netvue on the box or the camera false advertising
