it's salt not much to say,it's the right size the right color it's great.

This grain is too big for my electric grinder, I have to put it i in bag and use the hammer it down to make the grains smaller. Too much trouble to pay postage to return so I will give to my friends and share.

When I use this salt I find it gritty. I used it when I boiled pasta, grit! Not a lot.... Maybe I bite grit about 10 times in a meal, but I am over biting into what feels like sand. So since it did not dissolve in the boiling water.....what is it? I usually buy a different brand, I will go back to that. Only switched to this one since is was a finer grain.
