Very accurate

I never had to or felt the need to care about what I ate or drank. I always seemed to balance out at the end of summer back to "normal". But now at 65 I seem to be adding and not balancing out and decided to do something about it. Start somewhere anywhere just do something. If you do nothing nothing gets done is my motto. I use this scale with the lose it app and the apple health app on my iPhone. They all tie together automatically I thought that was cool plus the apple health app shows the pounds with decimals from the scale very nice! I'm telling you you cant believe how addictive it is to step on the scale first thing every morning and get those results whether good or bad! Its motivating especially when it goes the right direction! Other than the cost of the lose it app and this scale and this scales excellent included app, I am doing it by myself. I'm not paying some health club guru to paint me a pretty picture. Not saying that wouldn't help too lol just not needed now. The scale is far as I can tell accurate I mean it is repeatable as many times you want to step on and off it will read the same over and over. Now drink a cup of coffee and reweigh you will be surprised! I say go for it seems to be a good scale for people like me, beings how I'm not an athlete with strict weight requirements etc But otoh I bet it would be ok for them too just guessing saying?

Love this scale. Very modern and sleek looking. Goes great in any room you choose to keep it in. Easy app to download and understand. Seeing the different numbers and percentages it gives you is shocking to see which makes you want to give it your all. Definitely has gotten me back in the swing of things and this product just helps make it easier.

I had my galbladder removed in March & kept losing weight like crazy so I bought the scale to keep track & try to stay on top of the weight loss. I love being able to look back & see where I started & where I am now. I may not be on the same journey as some but my health is important to me & this scale helps me keep track of the progress or lack there of. I have recomended it to a friend who also bought one & loves hers too. Great scale!

I had been using a WI to take my weight, BMI, etc., but this gives me so much more and keeps an ongoing graph where I can see how what I did the day before affected my body. AND, it syncs with my fitbit app so I can see it with my excecise as well. I am completely satisfied.

I love my new scale! I must admit that I don't always review the products I buy but I felt that the scale warranted my review. First of all before I even received my product I had already heard from the company about my purchase stressing if I had questions or problems to contact them. Secondly the scale is quote modern looking and has no buttons that need to be pressed to switch users because it all goes right to the phone. I just wish the App had a bit more by that I mean maybe a community or info to calculate micronutrients and calories. Nonetheless the scale works with my fitbit. I'm not totally sure on the accuracy because I have nothing to compare it to. The price and quality is fantastic especially since some of the scales that do the same thing are selling for double or more. All in all a great scale!

This scale is easy to use and accurate! When my health coach recommended this scale to me, I wasn't too sure about a scale that needs a mobile app. LOLBUT....through my training, I'm able to see that I am losing FAT and NOT losing muscle!When compared to my old regular boring digital scale, I found that the weights are precisely the same. Only this adds the ability to see body fat, water, visceral fat, bone and so much more!I will recommend this scale to all of my friends!

Great In theory, but it requires new batteries about once a month. It's like it is constantly trying to connect to my phone, even when I'm not using it. I'm disappointed. Would be great if it came with a rechargeable battery instead.
