I can not even begin to say how happy I was that it actually worked just as in the infomercial. I did as I do with all products before purchasing them. Look for any customer reviews on the product and go to youtube to view video previews beforehand and they were all good so I ordered. As long as you follow the instructions and take very small 1/2-1" pieces of hair and hold it correctly you will have a perfect curl every single time. I have hip length semi thick hair so I had to section my hair to 1/2" pieces; learned this the hard way after my hair tangled. My neighbor who said that it wouldn't work on her since perms wouldn't take on her hair let me try one curl and she was in so much shock at how nicely it curled and kept pulling the curl to watch it bounce right back up; needless to say she had me curl her whole head. The curls come out quickly, shiny, and bouncy PERFECT. I love this curler as well as my 6yr. old who has waist length extremely thick hair. I wish that I had a video to add with this review because you can not believe it unless you see for yourself and thank you Walmart for the ship home free option. My husband is very pleased that he let me pick my birthday gift this year because now I love fixing my hair for him since I can do it quickly which with 3 children at home I do not have the time or energy but now there's no excuse. LOL

I have extremely long hair. I have never been able to find a curler to actually curl my hair. I have thick long hair that's naturally curly but I straighten it almost everyday. However I recently purchased the conair infiniti...omg most amazing thing ever. It actually curls my hair and stays that way ALL DAY!!!!. My hair is so heavy, it falls and looks awful , But these curls stay all day , all night and even for a couple days. Make sure to use small strands if hair if you have long hair. Thank you Walmart for this amazing product at an amazing price. Walmart never fails me.

Love this thing. At first I didn't know how to use it, but after 30 seconds it was a snap. You definitely have to use small sections of hair as it won't wind up with larger sections. I was worried my hair would get caught up and get pulled in the device, but that NEVER happened. I have very thick hair and it took me 21 minutes to do my entire head (I had to so it in sections). I'm excited as I know the curl is going to last for days. Definitely worth the money to get the curls that every girl is dying for.

Easy to use, be careful with Long Hair, don't use too much hair with each curl. make sure hair is combed before use. Curls are beautiful... Mine stayed for 4 days relaxing into a Beautiful wave. ( Note my hair curls easy) I love it! Mine is missing the Cleaning attachment... Not happy about missing part!

I use this curling iron on my 11 year old daughter hair. I must say that we are african american and my daughter has very thick course hair and it comes half way down her back. I wash her hair, then i flat iron it straight. She wanted larger curls in her hair, but you can make different size curls with the curling wand. Thats what makes this a good curling wand. The wand was very easy to use and the curls last all day long. It did take me a few tries to get use of using the wand. Her hair did get stuck three times but the wand did stop right away. I quickly untangle her hair. It did not pull any of her hair out, that was great to me. It took about 15 minutes to do this style for her. It does have 2 heat setting and 3 timer setting, and shut off after being on for 60 minutes without on use. I find that to be good because im a busy mom and forget bout stuff sometimes. Daughter loves this curling wand. Its worth the money and i would say buy it ....... I definitely was a little scared my long thick hair would get stuck or it would take forever but not the case at all, it was easy to use and took the same amount of time as a normal curling iron! Defintitely less frizz then a curling iron, and my hair actually gets stuck in a normal clamp iron so this was much better. Getting my sister one for xmas!

This is a perfect option for anyone who has a carpal tunnel or tendonitis issue. The only issues are that it takes a while to get the hang of it, to get the curl that you want. It doesn't really curl it "tight" like you see on the youtube videos, but it DOES curl your hair, and if you cannot easily use "twisting" action of your arms, this is the answer! We leave it a few seconds past the "beep beep beep" timer and get more curl. Though it didn't curls as tightly as I was hoping, it is an amazing device. If your hair is not completely combed through, it stops and prevents tangling it up. Overall, it is definitely worth a try, even though I feel it is overpriced. I also bought the 2-year extended warranty. I say give it a try. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return it!

Worked well on my medium length hair, but when I used it on my daughter's long hair it just kept getting tangled...I do like this product and it did exactly what it was supposed to but it is heavy and takes a bit of getting use to..I wouldn't buy it again

Was excited to see this item priced so much less than I found elsewhere, and the TV infomercials made me really look forward to getting this version of a curling iron. I have never been very good at using curling irons, and looked forward to the apparent ease of this. Yes, it was easy to load a small section of hair, and it told me when I didn't quite get it right so that I could do it over. But the weight of the product fatigued my hands/arms by the time I got to curling the hair on the back of my head, which was too awkward to do anyway for me. The curls it did produce, even at the tightest setting and holding the hair in about 5-10 seconds longer than recommended, did not yield a tight or long-lasting curl. I had really thought I found the answer to my curl-hair dreams. I tried the product three different times, and never was satisfied with the results. I returned the product for a refund.

the product was not working properly. came in box that appeared old and was super dusty. truly disappointed. the product itself is a really good product if you find one that works and is new.
