It is a well-sealed, 4 ounce bottle of alcohol, as advertised. Can't go wrong here. I put it in a spray bottle for doing nails.

99% alcohol
Not worth the price for the money.... All I wanted was 91% rubbing alcohol to spray on top of my handmade Soaps... cant find it, so I got this in a desperate. Never again for that price...
