First off I took my time in researching car speakers to install in my 07 Ford Escape. There weren't many if any reviews on these particular speakers only by the manufacturer. I had it narrowed down to these or Polk audio, which was similar in price and ultimately picked these. They were delivered a few days later than expected because of a shipping delay in Texas. I have learned that there is a break-in period for these 4 6x8 speakers. They do sound better the more you use them. I have them paired with a Sony 55-watt max output and 20-watt rms stereo all brand new and installed by me, (which I do install stereos for a living). The sound quality which I'm very picky about has met my expectations for the most part. If I crank my Sony up to full volume on certain songs with the bass boost turned on these speakers do start distorting out after pushing them hard for about a minute. I have found that at 3/4 volume, which is plenty loud enough they perform at their best. I've had them installed for close to a month and I have noticed that they are sounding more crisps the more I use them. The mid-toms hitting on these speakers is what sets the exquisite sound quality above other speakers I've heard. They came with foam wrap to stick on the back of the speakers to eliminate rattling and also 4 very tasty-looking window stickers announcing your jamming with infinitely brand speakers. I would recommend these speakers definitely. Just know that if you play a lot of rap music with bass these speakers won't be able to handle it.
