Tried many foam donuts and they are too hard especially if a petite individual. This air filled donut allows for softer, more comfortable sitting. Also, this donut is very easy to inflate. The surface of the donut has a soft, felt like feel which provides more comfort and less sliding.

I purchased this item as a replacement for a similar item for hemorrhoid relief and this item worked very well for my pain relief.

There was nothing wrong with this pillow. This pillow was purchased to get relief from tailbone being bruised, due to a fall. It did not meet that one need, due to the severity of the bruising of the tailbone.

The valve to inflate is too large to use a inflatable pump. You have to use your mouth to inflate. weight capacity only 220 pounds. Dirty on back side.
