a 50 pound sand pack and a basic air pump and a ground zero flat plate for be placed on it on floor, make it so joyable purchase and a pair of boxing gloves is not necessary for it .

Good Punching bubble
very durable .. we've put a beating on this thing 😂 .. great for workouts and kickboxing .. I'll be 55 Nov .. easy way to get a good workout 👍🏾

Boxing bag is great
My grandson absolutely loves it. He is in boxing 🥊 classes. My daughter said he's on it every day after school. Great birthday gift 💝 Sorry don't have a pic yet. Lives in different state
