I have this item, it is awesome for bedridden person. The other last over a year and just broke so i bought it again.
Perfect for bedridden patients! Makes it easy to wash their hair. Best purchase ever!
somehow it got a small hole after first use and the patch didn't help but it did work as intended that one time 😞
I never received my item . Instead of it coming to AR it went to Iowa . I have been reaching out to the seller to inform them of the issue . I finally received a message saying they would refund me in full but I have not received my refund . Bad experience!!!
It was inflated but was too much air. Let some out but needed at least two people to help bedridden mom get hair washed. Even though I let some of the air out of the top part, it still squeezed her face on both sides and left a mark. the plastic drain tube was cheap and came off underneath, getting water everywhere. It would not drain properly from the tub. Save your money, time, and energy.
