Easy, Healthy and Fun...

TGIF July 3, 2020

I've had this Thermo for almost 2 weeks now. Just moved where it's HOT and wanted to check Temps of my AC vents, garage vents, patio pots for our dog (how hot is the ground for paws?), pool temp and more. Lets not forget its 2020'Ronas so checking your own temp is feeling unsettled, not right, hot, etc is a good thing to do. This does that all... No problems. A grade in my book. Only reason why not A is if/when you drop it the battery door can come open and batteries come out.. Ya, i've drooped it 3x and 2x the batteries came out. But, really just don't drop it, It's not intended to be dropped so not a flaw... And Now i play the "hey, guess that temp it is??" game with my 10 and 5 year kids!!

We had purchased one for work and it worked well. We then purchased one for our personal use which worked well also. That does not mean that they are all good due to the fact there are bad ones. You buy three good ones but the next time you get two good ones and one bad one. Over all it is easy to use but a little bit hard to set up.

Amanda June 17, 2020

Very happy with my purchase of this digital, non-contact thermometer. "Simply to follow" instructions were included and an extra insert on how to load the batteries was very helpful!! This thermometer was very easy to use and digital display was easy to read.

A friend of mine showed this to me and it really works great! We tested it against my oral thermometer and it was spot on. I want one!

Easy to use, accurate no touch thermometer!

M June 11, 2020

This is so easy to use. No more shaking down the old thermometer and wiping it with alcohol. We tested it against our old one and its great. Instant and no touching. Just scan the forehead within 6 inches and there you go! Makes our whole family feel safer!

Great thermometer

Sarah June 19, 2020

It is light and very easy to use. I have never used a touch-less thermometer and I was skeptic. Now I am a believer. It is producing consistent results. Great product NB the battery symbol also shows half full and flashes red when in need of replacement

So Far, So Good

BradJ June 20, 2020

We have a Exergen TAT-2000c which requires a forehead swipe and wanted one that you just point and shoot at the forehead for an instant read. Thankfully, nobody had been sick yet, but we tested against our current thermometer and it is within 0.5 degrees F and quicker and easier than our old one (plus less likely to wake a sick child). There was another review comparing to the above Exergen model, but the two work differently. This one you have to point from 2" to 6" from the forehead and press the button to get a read, the Exergen you hold the button and swipe from mid-forehead to temple. If you use this one like the Exergen, it won't be accurate. I agree with that review that this unit feels less sturdy - time will tell how it holds up. Also, there are a couple confusing things in the controls. Press "M" to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Also, if you press and hold " " it toggles back and forth between "human" (head outline) and "household" (house). If you are in the latter mode it will be about 10 degrees F low for measuring human temperatures. Overall seems like a very good product, but I can't quite give it 5 stars due to the somewhat confusing controls and slightly less sturdy feel.
