Infuse 13in Round Nonstick Carbon Steel Comal Griddle Pan

I like this kamal, it's very sturdy and cooks evenly. My mother in law liked it so much I bought one for her. She likes it much more than her expensive one she bought. My only complaint is roasting tomatoes and and peppers left burn marks and it was hard to get off. I prefer to use it for quesadillas

I love this pan on my induction. Cooktop works very well.

It is medium size and it makes great toasted cheese sandwiches and is great for pancakes as well. It is very sturdy made. It doesn't burn when you cook on it it holds heat great. It heats evenly and is just thin enough that it makes tortilla warming perfect! It's also great as a griddle for pancakes! It's perfect for when I just want to make just a pancake or two instead of dragging out the huge driddle. They turned out great! It heats up fast, and I know we will use this over and over again!Highly recommended!

Truly non-stick, hardly need any fat to keep from sticking which makes it easy to clean. One thing I would say is the handle does get hot after a while.

The heat distribution is great and so far it's held up well. I would definitely recommend to add to your kitchen arsenal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this comal not just to make things like tortilla but also roti and pancakes. It worked nicely for the tortilla. It cooked it well. I haven't used it as yet for pancakes but I think it will work. However it's too small for the size of roti I generally make. I guess I will have to make them smaller. I like I can use it to roast peppers and I will try it with other veggies too. It is non stick, heavy duty and heavy in weight. It's actually too heavy for me. It's safe for ovens since it's made of carbon steel all over.

Despite what it said about the nonstick pre-seasoning, etc., even with me seasoning additionally, with First shoes, the batter stuck, and I couldn't lift it. This is a dosa batter and should've lifted easily with even heat. But it didn't. I tried it a couple of times, still the nonstick part of it failed.

Not completely flat so it doesn't heat evenly in my stove top. Also tortillas are sticking so it's hardly worth it

Poorly made and doesn't perform like described. Had to throw away after 2 uses
