The information from the doorbell is useful. Installing is not difficult. The utility is ok, not convenient enough to use. Hope it can save recoding info to my pc.

This Ring was a little harder to figure out than the first one. I had a hard time getting the battery out to charge and it needs to be charged more often. But the picture quality is much better. Apparently they need to be replaced every couple of years and the inside ringer has to be purchased separately.

Video was completely red tinted and nothing I tried worked to get a normal video. Had to return the doorbell

This ING product appears to NOT be a RING doorbell but an ING doorbell. Buyers should be cautious because there is no mention of this on the Walmart site, or elsewhere as far as have tried. In fact many of the promotional reviews use the words Ring doorbell, with no mention of ING doorbell. It could be likely that the actual Ring repair, warrantees, accessories and returns are not available from this other ING manufacturer. Note also that there are many thousands of reviews for RING but only 75 for ING, primarily from promotional related readers. This might be a great product, but try to find alternative reviews and verification. I could not find any, and the ING doorbell is too expensive to do an experimental purchase.
