Very happy with this purchase. Easy to assemble and easy to switch positions on the chair for swinging motion. Only runs on C batteries for the chair vibration as it disconnects from swing but the swing itself runs on Wall or D batteries. Unlike other brands you do not have to have the D batteries in to run the swing plugged in which is a plus. Find the swing to be very quiet but wish there was a little more variation on the swing speed. Baby took a few tries to get used to it but finds it very soothing now. The seat has very good support and I have no worries of our 2 month old baby shifting and head is kept snug in the support. Ingenuity has become my go to brand as we also have their bouncer and love it as well.

I've had this swing for 3 1/2 years I kept it after my 2nd son and I'm currently using it on my last baby it's still works perfectly and I still absolutely love it when my baby falls asleep sitting up I can spin the seat around so he's laying on his back so his head don't fall forward I wouldn't recommend letting baby sleep without supervision bc this should not be used as bassinet but during the day when you are watching them it's a life saver

I am in love with my Ingenuity Dream Comfort Inlighten Cradling Swing and Rocker! I have the Pemberton design and like it for its neutral prints. The clouds, stars, teddy bear, and color tones are very gender neutral. After my first, I’ve been more particular about the types of baby products I want and features it offers. I love that this is a multifunctional 2-in-1 swing and rocker! Its best feature is that the swing is multidirectional. You can also switch between 6 various speeds and 2 different inclines. I also love that swing is able to rotate 180 degrees. Another plus is that I am able to plug in instead of using batteries. Although this swing has a sizable footprint and takes up some space, I liked how the frame was foldable to allow for easy transport. Overall, I was pleased with this swing and rocker combo. It’s sturdy, soft, plush, and fairly quiet. The little add ons like the mobile and smartphone music capabilities were an added bonus as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Ingenuity InLighten Cradle Swing & Rocker in the style Pemberton is nice. It is difficult to assemble. It’s missing a foot piece, but the swing functions and works as anticipated. The assembly took me over an hour. The instructions were just diagrams, no words. There were definitely parts I would’ve loved some written instructions. The collapsible bar – the cross-brace assembly that allows you to fold up the entire swing is very hard to get into place. Even with the entire unit laying down. When putting in the foot rest tubes on the seat part I noticed one of the stabilizing foot pegs was missing. This doesn’t impact the swing portion, only if the seat is being used without the swing. The seat pad is extremely difficult to stretch over the seat structure and latch into place. It took so much effort I felt like it was going to tear the fabric. All that being said once together I was very happy with the swing. I love the color, style, and the optional functions. The swing works great. The buttons are intuitive. I love that it can be plugged in or battery operated. The seat restraints were easy to adjust. It’s easy to clip and unclip the baby in, and I like that there’s a soft flap over the buckle portion. Another nice feature is that you can manually recline the seat, this function works well. The seat itself if easy to eject from the swing as well and collapsing the unit with the cross-brace in the back; is a really nice function and that works great. The audio portion is nice that you can attach a device to play whatever audio that you’d like. But it also has pre-programmed audio. I like the light options and that they can be turned off/on easily with one button push. Another nice feature is the timing options. You can choose how long the swing runs for. It’s easy to turn on and shut off as well. All in all, this is a really nice swing and rocker. It was difficult to assemble, and it’s missing a foot peg but once together it’s really nice. It looks nice, it functions well and has tons of options. Therefore, I would recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My newborn loved this for a little over a month . He preferred this over mama roo swing . One month into it just stopped powering on . Tried operating it with just batteries alone and plugging in . Wish it lasted longer . Returned back to Walmart for a full refund .

It's a nice swing. My little girl loves it, but I expected the lights to be brighter than they are. Definitely not worth the price, but the seat sinks down that's about the only thing I like about it. It's also really soft, and the seat pulling off is definitely a plus so she can sit in front of the TV or we can take the seat part on the go. Just really disappointed in the lighting. It rotates blue, yellow, and green. All at different times. It has stars, but they don't even show on the ceiling you can barely tell they are even in the light.

We recieved this swing for a baby shower gift. one of the pieces came assembled wrong and missing a piece. I've tried contacting the company and they seem to be closed for the holiday 3 days in advance. I'm super frustrated because my baby will be here in 3 weeks and I'm not going to have a swing for her. Please don't waste your money on this junk. Spend a little more and get a better brand. It was super confusing to put together too, no actual instructions just pictures.

The material is scratchy feeling and looks cheaply made. I don't even think I'd want to sit in it because of how scratchy the seat feels let alone put a baby in it. Attempted to return and the seller was super unhelpful because I was a few days past the 30 days since buying it.

COMPLETE GARBAGE. The one I bought was in 2022 but when I went to use it for my second child, all of the seating material had disenegrated. It's ridiculous that you cannot buy replacement parts for any of their products. This seems like a latent defect and I know I'm not the only person who has experienced this issue. I could maybe understand some issues if I had washed the product but it had never been taken apart since purchased new.
