My baby loves this swing!!!

So I loved this swing and my baby absolutely adores being in it. However as we've been using it I've noticed it times out faster and faster after each use. The music won't stay on longer then 30 mins at times and the swing will just stop swinging. Ik it had a timer on it but I never put those on. Not sure if it's just a safety thing or what but the fact that it's turning off faster and faster with each use is mind boggling. It's almost like something is wrong with it. I'd give five stars if it wasn't doing that as like I said my son absolutely loves his swing.

We recieved it as a baby shower gift. And at 91 days after purchase it stopped working. I have the same problem as the comment titled "Loved it until now". It worked well now. All of a sudden one day i turned it one and the light flashed and then nothing. I checked the wiring and there's nothing not connected or a short in the wiring. I think you need to recall this product and I would love it if you would add a bluetooth connection.

I purchased this swing before the baby was born. 7 months later when she arrived we set up the swing and the cords were cut inside the bars so it didn't work. i took it back to Walmart to exchange it with the box, plastic still intact on side pieces. They said you have to have the receipt for this product due to the special characters in the barcode, the system required a receipt. I'm really upset at this point so i decide well ill buy another one online... it got here fast looked great, no snipped wires, perfect... well it won't swing!! every function works except the swinging. so 2 swings 2 fails. i have no choice but to give a 1 star. It is cute and soft. you do need your own USB adapter.

Maybe I just got a defective product? It lights up, the mobile and sound works the LED lights even turn on for the swing, but the swing doesn't swing.

I bought the swing as a baby shower gift in March the the swing stopped working in May.

I've spent over a hour assembling this product and still have not resolved the issue with the straps. If you check the comments on the YouTube assembly video almost everyone has the same issue. The company has responded to individuals clearly they are aware. I will be seeking a refund and I discourage anyone from buying this item.

I bought this for my youngest at the end of February and everything was good until recently. The motor itself has just completely crapped out. It will swing fine without the little one in it, but will barely swing when he's in it on the highest setting.He is well below the max weight limit by 9 pounds. For only a few months that's pretty ridiculous. Especially at the price tag. Not worth it at all. Last kids 2 product I buy. Back to graco.
