REALLY GOOD AND MAY BE UNAVAILABLE!
This is good stuff and hard to get right now. Order a bunch from Walmart before they run out. Wasabi is Japanese horseradish BUT very finicky. Cannot be grown commercially because requirements are so narrow. So Japanese looking for money go find it is stream bed valleys of correct conditions like Appalachians hunt ginseng. Bad harvest this year so little available and Publix and Aldi NOT stocking it this year with other Inglehoffer stuff. REALLY TASTES GOOD! Steak, hard boiled eggs, burger, hot dogs, you name it. THERE ARE FAKES ON THE MARKET SAYING WASABI BUT ARE HORSERADISH WITH GREEN DYE! Or so little that the joke is they held up Wasabi so the shadow fell on the horseradish mixture. The Inglehoffer people are a little crazy about producing quality stuff so this year there is not much Wasabi horseradish.

Very difficult to find but well worth the search. Great taste without and my favorite wasabi.
