it's so easy to use. I put it in my chicken coop and all over the place. it comes in this cardboard box with a screwdriver because we need to put a double A battery in it but then just leave the screwdriver in the box with it and close the lid and put that wherever you want, and it even leave the one piece of tape around the bottom of it . i leave that in my chicken coop. Even if they peck at it, they don't bother it, and I love being able to tell how the ladies are doing. especially this time of year to make sure my heater or something didn't go wrong. This lets me know and a warning in time "I absolutely love this Inkbird temperature sensor! It is incredibly easy to use and I have them placed all over, including in my chicken coop. Being able to monitor the temperature for my 'ladies' right from my phone is invaluable, especially during colder weather, providing peace of mind that my heater is working correctly. It even came thoughtfully packaged with a small screwdriver for the AA battery compartment. I appreciate the durable design—the chickens don't bother it at all. Highly recommended!"

Works great in my bedroom works great in my bedroom i can tell how much humidity is in the room along with the dewpoint. I calibrated it alongside with other thermometers and it's on point.

works great right out if the box. put the 2 aaa batteries in it that came with it and download the app. paired up super easy and was using this device within 10 minutes if it's arrival. shipping was fast also. 2 days i think it was.

Works well with its app and also, more importantly, Home Assistant. With 2 AAA batteries, it also lasts very long. The 1st one I purchased more than 1 year ago still has 30% battery left

It works well in our chest freezer. I gives me a way to monitor the temperature from my cell phone

Thermometer was pretty easy to set up, currently using it in the freezer. App could use some small updates to things such as being able to uniquely name each temp gauge. Would recommend!

Did not work for me. I needed alerts when away from home.
