Easy to take, there is no tase on the capsules.
I'm a big fan on NMN supplements, this one is easy to take the capsule has no favor or smell, so taste is not a problem, I will continue taking MNM for a while as the health benefits as not exactly instant, is more like a lifestyle health for what I konw

Afternoon pick me up
I've been taking this for about three weeks now, just one capsule a day, and I've noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy.
